**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
The assembler will be responsible for the assembly and production of prepped components, subassemblies, and finished goods parts. This role requires the use of a microscope and a variety of equipment such as grinders, rubber wheels, bead blasters, micro blasters, armor presses, and steamers. The assembler will regularly use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to meet takt requirements as outlined in the job router.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and produce components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
+ Perform assembly under a microscope using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
+ Adhere to all GMP guidelines and training.
+ Perform tasks in compliance with standard operating procedures, drawings, and policies.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and guidelines.
+ Communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in microscope assembly.
+ Experience with mechanical assembly under a microscope for entire shifts.
+ Familiarity with calipers and comparator measuring tools.
+ Strong math skills.
+ Experience in medical device assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred medical
+ Experience in small part mechanical assembly.

**Work Environment**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
