Starting wage - $18.00/hr.** **POSITION EXPECTATIONS:** o Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions. o Verifies and inspects work according to standard work. o Perform quality checks and tests. o Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque and hand tools, where applicable. o Adhere to work and safety rules. o Good verbal communication o Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace. o Understands, accepts, and supports the company's vision and key business goals. o Basic understanding, support, and commitment to the team and continuous improvement by getting involved and actively contributing ideas for improvement. o Resolves problems at the lowest level possible. o Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems. o Lives the Values: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Innovation, and Courage and demonstrates the Trane Technologies Leadership Principals at all times. o Understands, supports and demonstrates the importance of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. o Cooperates actively with the company to raise EHS standards for yourself and your coworkers. o Responsive to internal and external customer needs by understanding your customer needs and establishing a measurement surrounding those needs. o Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks o Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude o Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
