Assembly Technician
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK . The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling new products, reviewing work orders, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure parts and assemblies meet company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test parts and products using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accuracy.
• Rivet and wire electrical components according to product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace , following all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Document test procedures, data, and results for quality tracking.
• Assist with repairs and improvements to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain steady workflow and meet project timelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly , electrical wiring, and riveting.
• Must be proficient with hand and power tools .
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• This is a safety-sensitive position , requiring focus and awareness while operating tools, handling materials, and working near machinery.
• Regularly involves standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push, and move up to 50 lbs safely (team lifts encouraged when needed).
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and potential exposure to mechanical or electrical equipment.
