Assistant Property Manager – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Converse, TX

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and resident relations
• Support leasing efforts and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle rent collection and process payments accurately
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting

Requirements

• Previous property management or leasing experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Professional demeanor and customer service focus
