About Company: Biotechnology company pioneering a genetics-informed precision medicine approach to develop functional antibodies for the treatment of I&I disorders. Description: Seeking a motivated 9-months full time contract Biostatistician. This is a hybrid position (requires minimum of 1 day/ week in the office). In this role, you will be supporting all statistical activities across multiple studies including study monitoring, reporting, simulation studies and generating real word evidence. The position reports to the Head of Biometrics. Responsibilities - Perform simulations, modeling, and validation of datasets, tables, listings, and figures to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Independently perform statistical analyses as per the analysis plan. Collaborate with study teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs according to the timelines. Identify and anticipate issues arising in the study design, conduct and propose scientifically sound approaches. - Develop strategy for data presentation and inference. Ensure appropriate interpretation of statistical deliverables in collaboration with other functions. Collaborate in publication of scientific research. Ensure accuracy and internal consistency of reports and publications, including tables, listings, and figures. - Work collaboratively with multifunctional study teams. Top Skills Details Biostatistics, Programming, python, R Additional Skills & Qualifications - Minimum Ph.D. in Statistics or related field - Strong proficiency in R and Python - Extensive experience in simulation, various data visualization, and analytics - Previous internship or work experience at a biotech or CRO is a plus - Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Watertown, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
