Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator capable of enhancing our internal and external communications. This role plays a key part in ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand vision.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen the organization’s identity and engagement.
Create, edit, and distribute content across various channels including newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
Support event coordination, campaigns, and public relations efforts to promote company initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure message alignment and consistency.
Monitor communication analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize strategies.
Maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and media representatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
