Job Title: Contract Corporate Recruiter

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our client to support talent acquisition efforts and help drive strong hiring outcomes across the organization. This role focuses on identifying high-performing candidates, optimizing recruitment workflows, and delivering a consistent, high-quality hiring experience. You will collaborate with internal partners, shape sourcing strategies, and contribute to ongoing workforce planning and recruitment initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment with opportunities to influence process and results.

Compensation:
$25-30/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Remote with approximately 1 onsite day per month in Cherry Hill, NJ

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Corporate Recruiter:

  • Develop and maintain sourcing pipelines by creating targeted strategies, leveraging social media and networking opportunities, and partnering with recruitment support staff to attract top talent.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities by coordinating outreach, interviews, communication, and workflow steps while ensuring adherence to ATS and HRIS processes.

  • Analyze hiring data and trends through reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards to drive continuous improvement and support strategic recruitment decisions.

  • Represent the organization externally by participating in job fairs, community events, and informational sessions that promote career pathways and strengthen employer brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong proficiency using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.

  • Ability to adjust hiring strategies quickly to respond to changing business priorities and workforce needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.

  • HR or recruitment certifications (CIR, ACIR, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.
