Digital Banking Technician

Job Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a key support resource for our digital banking platforms, assisting members, staff, and third-party partners with technical issues and service requests. You will act as liaison between service providers and end-users.  Receive, analyze, and resolve incoming requests for assistance.  Utilize knowledge and understanding of products and platforms to research, diagnose, and respond to requests for assistance.  Monitor and respond to vendor/service provider alerts and bulletins that may impact service levels to credit union members.  Perform root cause analysis on problems and present findings to management.

Salary: $25.00- $31.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for digital applications, including online/mobile banking and payment platforms.
  • Function as liaison between service providers/member service staff/help desk team and members.
  • Coordinate with system and product administrators to maintain in-service levels for digital banking services.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve incoming requests for assistance associated with moderately complex product behaviors, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Use knowledge and understanding of products and platforms to diagnose, research, and respond to user requests for assistance in a timely manner.
  • Assist all I.T. departments and staff in the overall ability of providing technology solutions and platforms.
  • Identify problematic support requests that require advancing to management or other support teams.
  • Monitor and responds to vendor/service provider alerts and bulletins and their potential impact.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) determinations to be presented to management.
  • Execute system testing and performance level evaluations for digital banking platforms.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of similar or related experience
  • Associate degree or similar work experience in related discipline required
  • Strong knowledge of computer browsers and ability to troubleshoot across platforms


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital security practices and compliance standards
  • Experience with mobile and online banking applications, payment platforms, and financial service tools
