Required

• Strong background on ETL. Exposure to various file formats like delimited, fixed, XML, JSON etc.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation using SQL tools.
• Strong skills in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with regression, integration, and system testing.
• Perform in-depth UI and Interface testing across batch jobs and Interfaces ( web services, APIs, batch).
• Conduct backend/database testing using complex SQL queries to validate data flow and storage, and effective troubleshooting
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired

Understanding of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

Familiarity with healthcare EDI standards ( e.g.: 837, 835, 834, 820).

Familiarity with JIRA test management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of the team with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

• Validate data conversion in domains such as:
  • Member/Patient records
  • Provider data
  • Claims and Encounter data
  • Authorization and Eligibility
  • Financial and Reporting data
