About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Event Assistant to help plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and community activations. This position plays a key role in attracting new customers and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
Engage with guests and customers during events to promote products and services.
Assist in product demonstrations, sampling, and lead generation.
Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional supplies.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to meet event goals.
Contribute ideas to improve customer interaction and event effectiveness.
