Roles & Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, reconcile, and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous organization of financial records and documents.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines, including month-end closing tasks.
• Leverage financial systems and tools to optimize data processing and analysis.
• Adapt to growing expectations and responsibilities within the role.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a consumer products manufacturing or similar environment.
• Familiarity with GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Skills & Certifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Financial systems proficiency and aptitude for technology.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to work in-office for training and according to the specified hybrid schedule.
