Community 1 Lending: Mortgage Loan Officer
We are expanding our mortgage team and looking for a high-performing Licensed Loan Officer who is ready to elevate their career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, values strong earning potential, and wants access to a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application to closing
• Review financial documentation and recommend loan products
• Remain compliant with all lending and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners
• Follow up on provided leads to convert prospects into clients ​​​​​​​

Requirements:

• Must be licensed with the NMLS
• Prior mortgage lending experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Must be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone on a regular basis
