Southwest Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator to join our team immediately at the Jr./Sr. High School in Bartley. This position plays a vital role in supporting teachers and students to ensure that all learners have the opportunity to succeed. The position is full-time during school-day hours following the district calendar and pays $17.00 per hour. Benefits for this position include single health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid sick and vacation leave.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work well with students and staff in a supportive role. While experience in an educational setting is preferred, it is not required.
