As a Plant Operator , you’ll play a key part in ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a mission dedicated to environmental sustainability.
Compensation: $135,000 and $150,000 annually, but we offer a competitive hourly rate of $56–$62/hour. This rate accounts for the unique schedule—working 38 hours one week and 50 hours the next. Since all hours over 40 are paid at time and a half, the total compensation is aligned with or can even exceed market income.
