We’re looking for a Growth Operations role to keep the Growth team at ElevenLabs running smoothly. You’ll be part of the team that makes sure our core processes work efficiently day to day – whether that’s updating systems, process design, managing dashboards and reports, or helping the team execute new initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, is detail-oriented, and wants to learn how a fast-moving growth team operates from the inside. You don’t need years of experience, just curiosity, organization, and a willingness to take ownership of key processes. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of projects and gain hands-on experience across the full growth function.
