Job Description
Summary:
The School Nurse plays a critical role in promoting student health and wellness across campus settings. This position provides direct medical care, emergency response, medication administration, and health counseling, while ensuring compliance with state health regulations and immunization requirements. The nurse also participates in IEP/504 and crisis intervention teams, develops Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), and contributes to a safe, supportive learning environment for all students.
