What You’ll Do

  • Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
  • Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
  • Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, utilizing your knowledge and creativity.
  • Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights.
  • Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry.
  • Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.
  • Support our strong safety culture in every aspect of your work.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing.
  • Professional, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
  • Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
