Role Specifics and Benefits
Core responsibilities include preparing sterile fields, assisting surgeons and nurses, maintaining aseptic technique, handling instruments and implants, supporting patient positioning and safety checks, performing instrument counts, and documenting intraoperative activity. You’ll work across general and specialty surgeries, with opportunities to deepen skills and pursue targeted training through our network.
