Role Specifics and Benefits
Your primary responsibilities include preparing the sterile field, assembling and arranging instruments and implants, performing counts, maintaining sterile technique, anticipating surgeons’ needs, and assisting perioperative teams in a variety of specialties. You’ll help with room turnover, specimen handling, scrubbing, gowning, gloving, and instrument troubleshooting to minimize delays. There is ample room for professional growth through cross training in minimally invasive procedures, specialty instrument sets, and advancement toward lead tech roles or perioperative leadership. The package features a compelling compensation range of $1,889 to $1,982 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours weekly, and a start date of 12/29/2025 for a flexible duration of weeks.
