• $20.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (2 paid 15-min breaks, 1 unpaid 30-min lunch)
• W2 | Short-term Contract (09/22/2025 – 10/25/2025)
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports critical distribution center operations ensuring the proper handling, packaging, and shipment of cold chain and general warehouse goods in compliance with FDA regulations. Successful associates contribute to safety, efficiency, and cleanliness standards in a regulated warehouse environment.
KEY DUTIES
• Perform general warehouse tasks including trash pickup, cardboard disposal, cleaning, and order fulfillment
• Offload packages from conveyor lines and palletize using RF scanners and carts (up to 50 lbs)
• Support Cold Chain operations: gel pack placement, bubble bag prep, refrigerated packing
• Operate Klever Cutters, tape guns, and maintain box erector supplies
• Execute tasks related to GMP services such as relabeling, repacking, and inspections
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•MUST HAVE at least 1 year of RECENT warehouse experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (down to 24°F)
• Basic English literacy to read written instructions
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Rotational work in cold storage (PPE provided)
• Use of RF scanners, rolling carts, and packing tools
• Standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending
• Clean, FDA-regulated facility with strict hygiene and entry policies
• No cell phones allowed on floor; lockers or cars must store personal items
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant environments
• Familiarity with serialized product handling
• Previous exposure to cold chain logistics
