Job Description

Teacher's Pension supports districts in creating an environment that advocates for dignified retirement for all district employees through the delivery of no cost "Retirement Education." We are committed to providing timely, high quality, product neutral retirement education so that all district employees (classified, certificated, confidential, and administrative) can make informed decisions regarding their retirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database. 
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct. 
  • Generate and distribute reports as required by management. 
  • Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. 
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
