WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent - Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee all aspects of our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing landscape maintenance crews and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape maintenance crews
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with client expectations
  • Oversee the scheduling of crews and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or requests
  • Monitor and manage inventory of materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, expenses, and client feedback
  • Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices for landscape maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Horticulture or landscaping certification is a plus
